Position Summary

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be on the front line of this mission working directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA across home, school, telehealth, and community settings. This is more than a role; it’s an opportunity to grow your skills, support families in meaningful ways, and be part of a supportive, purpose-driven ABA team.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Deliver ABA therapy services according to treatment plans developed by a BCBA.

·         Work one-on-one with clients in home, school, telehealth, and community settings.

·         Collect and record accurate session data to track progress.

·         Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and BACB ethical standards.

·         Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and other team members.

Qualifications:

·         Current RBT certification through the BACB.

·         High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

·         Reliable transportation to client locations.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Experience working with children or individuals with autism.

·         Experience using practice management platforms designed for ABA (Ensora Health preferred).

·         Thorough understanding of HIPAA and BACB regulations and standards.

·         Current CPR certification.
